Caseworker


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Knowledgeable of interviewing and counseling techniques

  • Able to counsel children and/or families on varied subject material

  • Able to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

  • Skill in the use of computers and related software applications.

  • Ability to coordinate quality assurance programs in area of specialty

  • Knowledge of community support services

  • Maintain continuing education training to follow state standards

  • Provide in-house trainings as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must have one of the following:

  • Training in biblical counseling

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling

    • *Accredited school program required

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related

    • Accredited school program required - Under supervision of a staff member with a Master's Degree

  • Active church member

  • Spiritually & emotionally mature
