Caseworker
RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledgeable of interviewing and counseling techniques
Able to counsel children and/or families on varied subject material
Able to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
Skill in the use of computers and related software applications.
Ability to coordinate quality assurance programs in area of specialty
Knowledge of community support services
Maintain continuing education training to follow state standards
Provide in-house trainings as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have one of the following:
Training in biblical counseling
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
*Accredited school program required
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related
Accredited school program required - Under supervision of a staff member with a Master's Degree
Active church member
Spiritually & emotionally mature
