Meet Elizabeth!

Elizabeth is from Yangon. Her parents are poor farmers. She has one older brother and two younger siblings. Her parents cannot afford education for the children. Elizabeth’s brother dropped out of school, and they were on the verge of letting Elizabeth
stop going to school, too. We decided to help and took her into care.
Elizabeth came to live at Hope Children’s Home (in Myanmar) when
she was 11. She was very shy and quiet—only speaking when spoken
to. She is now coming out of her shell. Last summer, she told us that
she accepted Jesus as her Savior. We are praying for her, and our
desire for her is that she will develop godly character and invest her life
for eternal values.
